When Care Becomes Your Motivation, then your business is set for an endless lifespan

There are doors knowledge can never open, even when it is free;  But there is no door Care can not open, even when it is not free.

The need for care cuts across operations within and without an organization.

With the understanding that a considerable no of your employees get their motivation from conveniences and benefits in kind and cash,management must research into how to have a consistent 'motivation' without much impact on the bottom line of the organization.

Innovative approach like spreading benefits into quarterly arrangements as against yearly dispense can be a strategy;  same value in four parts.

Monthly appraisal of the organization with benefits like a family dinner, a trip across the country, a game ticket, a quarter payment at a gym  etc
