Everyone gets all emotional, when their contribution into any certain expectations is less or not appreciated or rewarded.
At such low moments, 90% or more of the time, the person blames every other person or things or situation; the boss, the colleagues, the driver,the traffic, the economy,the remuneration and so on but himself or herself.

WHEN they succeed,they appreciate others as they understand that their critical success factors is having to be in the wining team.However, WHEN they fail, they turn the search light inward to find the areas to make personal adjustments for more efficiency and effectiveness.
In as much as organizations should have proper appraisal system - coordinated way of tracking excellent performance in the work environment, everyone must benchmark their input against international best practices to be above the competition that exist in the workplace.
