Benchmarking A Leading Brand In Business & Professional Pursuit

One of the ways one can be on top of ones professional and business practice, is by researching the top ten professionals and organisation in a chosen practice and benchmarking against One or Two of them.

It will mean an indepth study on how they moved from Good to Great sustainably,  their brand campaign (vision and mission), the technology deployed, their current business strategy, their future plans,their key managers and directors, their training strategy, policy statement, shareholders perspectives etc   Also research to know if they had: failed before and how they recovered.

If there are books written by the CEO or key partners,interviews granted in the past dailies, or they have periodic newletters, then  those are  must read.

The beautiful thing about the internet is that one can find just about any information needed on any matter of interest.

Develop parallel strategies with the benchmarked professional or corporate brand and mobilise accordingly. Plan to surpass your benchmarked, creating your own niche. (Be the Success story of the future).

We may not all go to business schools, but we all have  free access to first class information to facilitate the building of our business acumen and consequently lead our competitors.
