Systemic & Structural Development In Nigeria
OUR nation has suffered a lack and breakdown of Systemic and Structural collapse and our experiences are the normal attributes of a degenerated society.
What our nation must build are the various systems and structures for an organised society.
It is systemic, if upon an inception of any form of mismanagement, the system tracks such activities and zeros down on the actors and our justice system have provision for immediate prosecution and punishment as against the norm, where the observing citizenry have lost count of criminal mismanagement of our resources by our leaders and respective court cases that are unending and such accused criminals opt for new political Positions even while their cases are still court.
All the loop holes in our justice system,financial system,economic system, political system,Government operating system,medical system,sport management system, educational system,information dissemination system, and others MUST be found and permanently block and our various systems and structures made extremely oversightable.
For as long as Government impresses on us that leadership positions is for business venturing and our citizens opt in for the gold and not for noble opportunity to serve, we shall continue in the present vicious circle.
The true reward of service is the liberation of the served.
