The change Mantra is in the Air.

We have never in the history of our nation been so hyped up with the CHANGE PHILOSOPHY as we are now, especially in the last one year.

The only way to have a different and better result in life and business is to be ever improving, and that is what Change is about.

As we continually benchmark best practices as individuals and as business people, we will have need to undergo continual improvement.

Change is forced on our front burner and we must be determined to withstand the opposition within and without.

The opposition within is the war within us saying no to the change ideology; old ways of doing things, poor habits tendencies,poor work cultural values, bribery and corruption, extortion, money laundering, etc We must continually silence these tendencies within and in the sphere of our influence. For the greater long lasting good, we must be willing to delay immediate gratification and comfort that come with unpatriotic behaviors. We must be favourable disposed to current and emerging best practices.

The opposition without is the pressure impressed on us by societal poor value system that have attributed greater honour to personalities defined by  money or affluence above such defined by the mix of Godliness,patriotism,  dedication, discipline,  humility, contentment, integrity and good character.

We have a collective responsibility to pass the CHANGE BATON to the next generation for the strengthening  of our economy, tranquility and consequently our  sovereignty.
