What can you say about your company Business Model?

Some Touching Reflections From Odusina Adewale Hiworks

What can you say about your company Business Model?  Does it favour your overall plans and aspirations or needs overhauling or replacement?

Do you think you have done everything to facilitate the success of this business model or you have been parasitical?

Do you even understand your role in the overall business goals and objectives?

If you don't, you deserve all that you are getting in management resentment and threats: your boss must be humanitarian and philanthropic to still have you around as they are truly better off without you.

The earlier you realize your self denial and admit you need adjustments the better.

How can you be on a journey where the destination is unknown to you? The organization may get to a stop over and you alight assuming it is the destination and while you stray away, the journey continues without you. You may even be on a wrong trip.

So take responsibility for where you are and where you want to go,  be sure where the current ship is going. See your part as responsible and critical for the overall agenda and work very hard at that. Leave your blueprint in the sand of time.
