No to Nepotism-Appointment Coloured By Familiarism

No to Nepotism
By Odusina Adewale Hiworks
When appointment is strongly coloured by familiarism by tribe, friendship or family ties, D Goal is threatened.
Wherever Government appointment is coloured by Nepotism, The overall agenda is threatened & Greedy Separatist exploit D foot hold.
Study USA:When organizational appointment is coloured by Nepotism they loose D power of Enterprise that legacy traditional diversity delivers.

Are You Exploring or Exploiting the Eco System???

Are You Exploring or Exploiting the Eco System???
From Odusina Adewale Hiworks

We are daily drifted to either side of the divide; The Explorers-those looking out for and inspiring greatness in others and the Exploiters-those fueling their self actualization at the detriment of others.

The players on either side of the divide poach for their objects in the family, they can be employer poachers and much more as employees. They may be Trustees, Friends, Colleagues, Political Post Holders, Civil Servants.

Explorers are like God, continually establishing balance in the Eco System; Evaporation, Clouds,  Rain and Repeat, Day, Night Repeat,  Jan to December Repeat, Carnivores kill Herbivores For Food NOT GAMES,  Rotten Leftovers are consumed by Vultures and Animal Waste helps Plantations and Repeat etc

But Exploiters are Devils Destabilizing the Eco System.

Men, exploiters kill for games and the endangered species for money, men destroy Farmlands with Oil & Gas Poor Business Practices.

Men, exploiters diverts Government funding for road drainage construction to personal property development at the detriment of millions that suffer in flooded communities.

Men, employees, exploiters, cut down 2400manhours per employee yearly contribution to business growth by half or more with poor commitment and dedication; hours on social media, personal calls on office lines, using office resources for personal gain without approvals.

Men, exploiters,  reduce rate of growth of
Wages with denied and delayed promotion,  thinking if the employees leave,  many others will come.

Men, exploiters,  buy new rides, build houses, observe leave and travel with the entire family when salaries are being owed for 50 staff for 3months or paid half salary for 6months.

The list is endless.

But beyond the smokescreen, the showoffs, the aggrandizement, There is Really no PEACE for the EXPLOITERS.

But TRULY, GREAT is the PEACE of the Explorer.

Be an Explorer!!!

Discover Your Mission

If the question comes to me from within or from without that my life could be threaten by the course I must follow, my reaction would be what is a life without the course; dead!!!

......just meditating on the brand philosophy of Multi Choice Nigeria...... 'Enriching Lives'

You may say whatever you like about them but just imagine what their Rhetoric is.. Enriching Lives. If you don't believe me,  check out their coverage of Nigeria,  with all the challenges we are cumbered with poor power supply, internet, challenging Government policies, inflation etc.

But they go through all that just to impact lives positively.

I live to make captains of industry and however that come across and everything to make businesses succeed is what gives me the kick everyday.

You must discover yours and start living.

Everyone has a mission and the size is irrelevant; don't compare with another.

Is Your Business Positioning For Today or For All Time... Any Brand Philosophy at All???

Is Your Business Positioning For Today or For All Time... Any Brand Philosophy at All???

From Odusina Adewale Hiworks

Building a lasting business has not been more challenged than in our generation, especially in Nigeria,  the biggest potential from Africa as far as the New Frontier is concerned.

However, if we must really compete globally then the negative rhetorics must change.

The narratives are very much unattractive to international business prospects.

We have effectively created many floodgates not windows for foreign players across all value chains. The global players will only grow their country economy with the businesses they do over here and why won't they  when all the funds to sustain their businesses also came from their foreign banks at their local low interest rates and the products they patronize are also from such countries and maybe they are also allowed to spread the payment for those products over many years.

Remember that Nigeria is a cash based economy.  Can you imagine foreign players getting full cash value and having 10years to  spread payment with vendor? So why won't Africa be the New frontier for global players?

Unfortunately, local players are not helping matters with low quality services and sharp practices.

Appreciable businesses, say over 80% are not positioned to play globally  and unfortunately, the entire nation suffers and you may want to ask how.

Whether we are aware or not the available resources of any nations, human, capital, materials, infrastructure are expected to build the commercial value. However,  the growth of that commercial value is directly proportional to the pool of income generated, which also is impacted by the pool of available business opportunities.

The challenge here is this,  out of the pool of available businesses, let us say 100billion naira each year,  20% global players compete for 80billion naira worth of businesses with only the labour content of about 5billion and taxes the only benefits to our country. 75billion naira repatriation to home country as materials and profits.

Eventually, 80% of the players, that happen to be local players with more than 50% of the pool of workforce compete for the remaining 20billion naira worth of businesses and obviously growth will be a huge challenge.

We are really expected to recycle the resources of the country while we attract foreign investment  but that is not the case;  we are allowing for huge repatriation and not attracting enough foreign investment to make up for the commercial export.

These are from my just observing things around me and logics.

To change the rhetorics and the narratives and reverse the order which should be THE NORMAL,  we must take responsibility for where we are and determine to make pragmatic adjustments for THE NEW NORMAL, implying a future where local contents compete for the 80% of the available opportunities and foreigners position for the remaining 20%. A future where we not only have confidence in human capital but also in our local materials fully developed from raw materials from all our various geographical zones.

A future where we all buy NIGER.

To be continued...

Discovery and Courage - Critical For Your Next Move

Discovery and Courage - Critical For Your Next Move

From Odusina Adewale Hiworks

One of my campaign statement is that 'Beyond Common Sense Is The Right Action Taking In The Now. '

I dare to say that, THAT RIGHT ACTION is already resourced for us to undertake.

From studies, mentoring and experiences had, the only challenge our next move have is OURSELVES; most probably beclouded by wants that we call needs.

So be adjusted NOW, because you have all you need for the next move.

Once that is settled,  then if the claim is true that the next move is already resourced,  the 1St necessary action will be to DISCOVER what it is that is available for that next move.

Afterwards, With Courage make the move.

A lot of times, people focus on MONEY and wait endlessly for the money,  when the next necessary move is to go volunteer somewhere where the required business skill capacity can be developed.

The next necessary move may be acquiring necessary certificate with available capital to enhance project success.

The next necessary move may be to seek employment in a related project environment and grow required experience.

The next may be growing a business relationship with banks,  and organization that can facilitate such projects.

The next move may be to find a Trusted Mentor,  one that has experience or needed skill sets and be mentored for a period.

Shockingly, the next move could be to write the vision or project idea down and run through the plan; one may discover a clue to the next critical move for project success.

You may want to start a newspaper company and your next move is an online Journals and columns is the available papers.

Do not bring level 100 problems to your level 5 or level 5 to level 0.5.

Jesus had the mastery of the books of the laws and prophets at the age of 12 but started His ministry at 30years.

Life is a journey with many milestones and every cycle resourced. All you need now is what your current cycle requires.

So DISCOVER your next move now and be COURAGEOUS.

You are an Institution

You are an Institution

From Odusina Adewale Hiworks

You are an Institution, a product of certain schools of thoughts; ideologies you absolutely believed; You now know what to do to change you.

If you truly believe hard work is critical for success and you don't come across as  a diligent worker,  then you actually believed shabby performance can deliver success or you believed cutting corners can, however that will play out.

You claim you believe in God's empowerment, and you don't identify with His values:you are full of self aggrandizement, greed and accruing riches at the expense of genuinely honest hard working people. Sorry, the one behind the values you really project is called SATAN and he is simply having a nice time with you.

There are no 'suddenlies'

There are no 'suddenlies' that are not  consummations of some 'deliberatelies'; it could just be that minds were oblivious of the relative series of events. Odusina Adewale Hiworks Credited to Pastor Peter Alagbe At HOG Ikeja,  Sunday Service Session June 11, 2017.

When 'suddenlies' are the first jolts that any relationship is failing; business, marriage, friendship, and even our Piety,  then it is already quite a late alertness.

Most of the time,  building do not just collapse without indicating that it is distressed. Prior to collapse, there will be IGNORED strange occasionally alarming vibrations, IGNORED alarming cracks and many times IGNORED notice of Demolition by Building Local Authorities.

Unfortunately, the Deliberatelies don't make the news before the Suddenlies have taken a ravaging toll.

This is also the reality for most of every other life engagements. There are really very very few genuine suddenlies with difficult to track series of accumulated events.

When you completely ignore speed limit, chances you will have series of accidents are high and it is just a matter of when, how severe and the relative toll or impact. Your ignored series of event will be habitual over speeding.

Now,  if I know that you habitually over speed and I ride with you home from wherever, then my series of event will be being stupidly riding with a friend that habitually ignores speed limit.

Businesses do not just loose revenue and when revenue downward drift is the first jolt at realizing financial chaos, it is most of the time too late.

Most organisation have strategy for securing physical assets but have no clue for securing their most important intangible assets:their vision and mission philosophy.

When a business brand Identity is at the mercy of incompetent human resources and management,  Business Financial mess and Extinction are possible treats.

It is amazing that God has as a strategy to cut off parts of the body that hinder the overall well being of the body. Also do doctors.

Owners and management of Businesses have the responsility to protect the brand identities and be willing and ready to severe persons, teams, systems, practices and such like that run contrary to the brand philosophy:NIPPING SUCH IN THE BUD before they become prevailing threats.

There must definitely be an appraisal strategies that can identify the GAPs.

Most of the things I shared are from years of fellowshipping in Church, House of Grace, Ikeja, using audiovisual, watching TV, listening to radio,  study of Bibles and books; Significantly FREE; I ONLY PAID ATTENTION;You don't have any excuse for poor and shabby performance.

The Irony of Leadership

From Odusina Adewale Hiworks
The Irony of Leadership is that leaders are accountable for Raising Greater Leaders. If you find yourself mentally threatened by your subordinate, there is a problem with your leadership.

Also, if you are a subordinate, and your team leader works harder than you, you have a bigger problem;you are suppose to take his job for crying out loud, so he can handle more delicate and critical responsibilities for business growth and expansion.

Another irony of life is that we are all suppose to be leading a cycle where our impact can be evaluated and also following in another cycle, where another is reviewing and improving our capacity to function in our leading cycle. We must be hunble and sober enough to admit our flaws, unlearn some school of thought and embrace the way forward.

All of us; leaders as well as subordinates need mentorship and we are all leaders in progress.

Be Consciously Aware And Developing Your Personality Equity

Be Consciously Aware And Developing Your Personality Equity

By Odusina Adewale Hiworks

Personality Equity is our overall personality worth mentally and perceptually.

Personality equity or capital is mainly but not exclusively, the cumulative worth of our intellectual capital, social capital, political capital, and professional capital.
Others are trust equity, fidelity equity, loyalty equity, emotional equity,
The mentioned capital value chain are not in any order of significance as different people will project one more than the other in view of the cycle of influence they are more frequently engaging.

Why am I discussing this?

Well,  I have seen many people limited by their deficiency in one or more of the personality capital.

People have lost promotions, jobs, businesses, spouses, children, great friends and valuables for taking certain capacity development for granted.

I will define intellectual capital as the capacity to adroitly communicate the language of ones skill and experience to a layman and to solve relative problems. And I stand to be corrected.

Education and a quality one at that, is a critical factor in skill acquisition while experience is knowledge by participation.

I have engaged with fresh graduates of Engineering that depend on calculator for the elementary arithmetic multiples like 8x9, 7x9, 9x6, calculating profit and loses and such like.
How will such survive in the real world.

I have been resonating to my kids from elementary to study for life success..... That is a higher responsibility to be exposed to early.

This is how to develop intellectual capital consciousness and grow it from kindergarten and throughout a lifetime.

It is expected that everyone with intellectual capital should be able to trade and train with it.

It is unfortunate that a lot of people are exposed to opportunities for growing this capital without harnessing, documenting it or internalizing such.

A lot of us seat and are taught God's principles for success and impact from the Bible for at least 4hours weekly. We also are expected to spend time on our own reflecting on biblical principles

Then at school, work, and various places of interaction, our awareness to harness intellectual capacity is critical for the equity development.

Be Consciously Aware And Developing Your Personality Equity

Social Capital is the strength of Trust as expressed in economics; the strength of your words that you will over deliver what you promised.

Posterity will be more important than Prosperity

When building a Great business is on your front Burner,  Posterity will be more important than Prosperity... Odusina A. Hiworks

The quality of Posterity is the lifespan determiner of Prosperity; how staff are treated, how customers are treated, how the public/community/Government where the business is are treated will eventually determine the lifespan of the business.

Cheating Aided Common Entrance

It is an unfortunate trend that at common entrance level, students, parents and school authorities aid cheating for primary school pupils. THIS IS EVIL AND AS GRAVE AS A MUTINY; it is aiding a potential Nationwide legacy of social crisis;a society of poorly mannered adults always looking for short cuts, handouts,  and never able to come to terms the the philosophy of hard work and sustainable success.

When you cheat through school,  you deny yourself permanently the opportunity to be original.  Can you imagine being FAKE AT FIFTY??? So don't even start.

When you aid cheat directly and indirectly, you destroy another's opportunity to be original,  such will mature hopefully and regret you ever came to their lives. Can you imagine being full of regrets at FIFTY???  So do not aid cheating.

What goes round comes around.  The classmates cheating aided may be the doctor that will treat your love ones tomorrow and cause their death or be the builder tomorrow that will build the collapsed building you rented or join the law enforcement agency and then compromise in a security issue.

We must teach our children the values of hard work and dignity of labour.

People of Complex Routine

People of Complex Routine

From Odusina Adewale Hiworks

It's amazing how we take such ones for granted.

For all said and done with all the unmentionable complexities, hadly will 2 out of 5 get paid in at least, 2 letter words; THANK YOU because most of us do not think it is a full time job.

My advice to you is to take a day of and run the below mentioned routine for one day and see what happens.

I am very sure you will say thank you to at least one person in your life.

Meanwhile, decoding the jargons below is to give an impression of how complex the routines are and the strength of the people running them daily and most times without complaining.

I will really love to know the person or people you eventually called and what you said  to them.

By Odusina Adewale Hiworks

I have been around for almost half of century and attended many many funeral. I am yet to hear as part of achievements the record of money left in bank accounts talk less of getting an applause for such humongous amount if any.

Crystal clear money  and lots if, it IS NOT the end itself, but a mean to an end.

We can now imagine how many will die to save for afterlife as if such life exist. Even the children of millions do not even have an idea where some of such people stock their wealth and therefore such wealth are lost forever. How about those laundering from government in billions and saving such in sock away pits,  parcel of lands and such unbelievable places.

[4/5, 16:51] B J AJAYI: Good introduction -
[4/5, 16:52] B J AJAYI: However - we should really think beyond me, me and me
[4/5, 17:01] Odusina Adewale Hiworks: Anyone consumed by personal agenda can not be resourceful in solving a local problem talk less of international ones.
[4/5, 17:04] Odusina Adewale Hiworks: I0 billion naira saved in sockaway pit can build a health facility that will provide dialysis for 10,000 people monthly at maintenance price. The money was not meant to generate profit for crying out loud!!!

[4/5, 17:05] ‪+234 803 152 8174‬: 👊🏿
[4/5, 17:22] Odusina Adewale Hiworks: 10years ago at CA.
[4/5, 17:23] Odusina Adewale Hiworks: Engr Adekoya,  you know 10years ago I have been sharing about this normal of mine and now I am more convinced than ever, it is the way forward for all of us.

True.....
And am in support of that ideology...

Conquer level 5....and then

Success = The Guts to Dream + The Guts to Try + The Guts to Retry after Failed attempt(s).

Success is an altitudinal journey with many possibilities of stopovers and setbacks.

It is amazing to note that the skill David needed to conquer Goliath was acquired while managing the so called 'few sheep' but we can obviously perceive that he must have done that job like his life depended on it. He was so devoted that a great prophet was coming to town and he didn't take a day off or leave to see how the war was fairing. Devotion is sacrosanct.

On this trip,  in as much as our mind must be set at the end result,  we need to focus on the various milestones or guiding rules and the Bible calls that precepts.

You don't wake up one day and do 100 pressups or pushups for fitness; in fact, on your first day attempt, you may crash at 5 of that with a lot of pains in your joints for another week or two; pains good enough to make you change your mind and your dream of 100 pressups or pushups will die in the dreamland.

For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:  For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people.  To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear.  But the word of the Lord was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.
Isaiah 28:10‭-‬13 KJV
http://bible.com/1/isa.28.10-13.KJV

Can you remember the last dream to get better, the training you quited, the book you never read, the business you never started, the fitness exercise you stopped, and so on.

The knowledge of Precepts teaches us to focus on 5 and then journey to 10, and maybe in a month, you will stretch to 20, then 40 in six months and probably 100 after a year. But remember you started by conquering only 5 and 5 was very critical for the entire journey.

Some of us are still contemplating to do or not to do, at level 5.

This is very parallel to any pursuit.

So look at the entire picture of your dream in perspective, BUT focus on your level 5 with everything that you have got in your GUTS....... but you must come to terms with the HELP OF GOD.

The Economic Shakings and Inherent Opportunities

From MD, HIWORKS CLEARANCE SALES.

Morning all,

God in his wisdom at set times shake the world system in such a manner that all the bonds at higher cycle of influence is loosened and all the people at lower cycles that have had difficulty coming higher could have a window and may not be for long.

The irony is that there is always a higher cycle but sometimes businesses get to a stopover and unknowingly assume it is the zenith and they continue to fight to retain position when they should also be waiting for a chance in a new frontier.

If businesses stay longer than necessary at a particular level,  chances are they will fall back to a lower cycle and continually descend.

Sometimes, we need to shed off old and obsolete business goals for new and fresh ones like the eagles will,  their old feathers.

As business people and persons,  we must be aggressively disposed and adjusted for unfolding new ideas, innovations, new technology, new value chains, new partnerships, and be ahead of competition.

We must cease to build businesses around persons but around sustainable value systems and structures where everyone have equal opportunity to harness their dreams as the business grow exponentially .
We have so great opportunity at this time to ascend in any  area of value proposition. Break that limit;it is only in your mind. There are needs everywhere you turn. Bring palmoil from your village in Ondo and double your earning. Bring honey from Benue and tripple your earning. Bring Garri from Ijebu, package in small 1kg bags and double the earning. You can start with N20000 and grow to N2million. Bring vegetables, cocoyam, catfish, etc use whatapp for more meaningful  engagements that puts cash in your pockets. A better living standard is not your boss responsibility or your wife'sor your husband's or your children's; it is very yours ......but God helping you.

Mentorship in Management - A critical Business Sustainability Factor

When we assume a managerial role, we primarily commit ourselves to developing our successors and that is how we multiply our effectiveness. Management is a failure, If mentoring is not a critical success factor The performance rating of managers must be predicated on mentorship. No matter the bottomline or how well a business is today, without adequate mentoring infrastructure across the chain of operation, sustainability is threatened. Hiworks Odusina

Be Being Different

Be Being Different
By Odusina Adewale Hiworks

http://www.poetry.com/poems/267447-TO-BE-DIFFERENT-

It is visionary to be different
I t is virtuous to be different
It is sacrificial to be different
It is highly costly to be different
It is adventurous to be different
It is lovely to be different

It is attractive to be different
It can be lonely to be different
It is honorable to be different
It can be dishonourable to be different
It is productive to be different
It  can be counter productive to be different
It is mark setting to be different
It can be derecognising to be different [Backwardly]
It is beautiful to be different
It can be detestable to be different

Be Being Different is synonymous with Rejection for Trustworthiness, Persecution for Honesty, Unpopularity for Sincerity and   even Death for Courageous Stand.
Delist (mentally) for the Multitude going no where and be being different.

Don't be a billionaire; make a million Millionaires
Don't be a Real Estate Success; make a million Home owners in your lifetime.
Don't be a successful couple; make a million successful marriages.
Don't be a successful teacher;  make a million successful people of great character
Don't be a successful politician or any public office holder; make the most of your opportunities count for a million voters.

Those are the results,  that really count.

So, Be Being Different!!!

Performance & Happiness

Performance & Happiness

From Odusina Adewale Hiworks (Engr.)

Performance driven Happiness and Happiness driven Performance;which of these two defines you?

By Odusina Adewale Hiworks

The former presupposes that performance, outcomes, results empower your happiness while the latter impresses that happiness Ginger or enhances outcomes.

To be a high performer,  a highly  productive individual, I don't want to leave my happiness at the mercy of my engagements and other happenings or external forces; public power cut and generator failing to work,  insults from other road users, disappointment, disagreement, poor appraisal results, poor remuneration, delayed promotion, fastidious boss,  football match results and the list is endless.

Knowing that my sanity in my responsibility, I make a lot of room for others to flaw. I anticipate the frailty that human nature will bring to bear in my direct and indirect sphere of engagements.

With my disposition,  I take full responsibility for my happiness soaring on the tide of diverse diversities.

Occasionally I drift too,  but not for long; I never let loose of the cord that binds me to my devine disposition - The absolute Gospel.

Much Ado About Secession As against the necessities of the Common Man - The Need For Institutional Rebirth

Much Ado About Secession As against the necessities of the Common Man - The Need For Institutional Rebirth

Secession - Wikipedia
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secession
Secession (derived from the Latin term secessio) is the withdrawal of a group from a larger entity, especially a political entity (a country), but also any organization, union or military alliance. Threats of secession can also be a strategy for achieving more limited goals.

Will these Secession agenda also kill the real enemy of our nationhood. The greed in leadership.

Behind all these agenda is still greed so rooted in the fabrics of governance. Those wicked leaders are just looking for distractions to cover their tracks for all their embezzlements and the resulting economic failure.

Ask yourself, is the center of power responsible for the failure of government in your very community, where a Councillor at the very grassroots of governance,  use taxpayer's money to relocate to GRA after election or the next to this, Local Government Chairman, using taxpayer's money to buy various properties around town and fleet of cars.  Those are not people from another tribe and tongue but people speaking our very grassroot language.

When we allow those people to sell these agenda to us, we only give them a better platform to gain more greedy ground.

Then,  the next phase will be Osun Nation or Ogun nation or Oyo nation or Ibadan looking for capital status or Ijebu Ode wanting to be nations capital or Modakeke wanting to be the capital of Osun Nation or Kwara wanting to be the capital of Yoruba nation, then the Gambaris will claim superiority and so on.

Who will suffer in all these SELFISH prowess,  those that have always suffered; the common people that just wants the basic things of life- FOOD,CLOTHES, SHELTER AND SECURITY.

Why do we have Government - even the definition provides the foundational need for Government - It is for the establishment and enforcement of law and order with the underling agenda of making the impact of governance far reaching to the common people of the society.

Less than 1% of the population in the various societies are in these various Government and we all have the power to ensure they account to us.

We should take the fight to these people as against chasing the smokescreens.

Our real enemies are not geographically located but Institutionally.

When we overhaul our governing Institutions and empower and position them to be accountable to us,  then we can have a nation as big as Africa and yet the common people will feel the impact of Governance no matter how far from the center of Power they are.

Or is that not the overall agenda???

Don't be a victim of social media gullibility, PLEASE!!!

Don't be a victim of social media gullibility, PLEASE!!!

From Odusina Adewale Hiworks

Social media have really bridged the gap; I had a crystal clear voice call to the Uk in a crystal clear IMO platform yesterday for almost 30minutes.

That would have been a financial burden on voice call.

A lot of information also flying everywhere and I also share a lot of unverified information from unverified sponsors too.

A big BUT here!!!

Do, do not not take a any info, by SMS, online, or on social media hook, line, and sinker PLEASE BEWARE-SHINE YOUR EYE O!!!

Do not resign from your reliable employment to chase The Smoke screen; a flashy employment that pay once in 3 months after  an attractive first 3 months of employment.

Don't invest your funds in a business just because they promised a trip to ecstasy; you may need to check for another one year how many people have actually being to ECSTACY city and back.

Don't jump at calling a phone number or email indicated or visiting an address just because your received a BANK STATEMENTS by email and SMS stating that your account is having a zero balance

In as much as we need change in our lives,  we must have a way to secure ourselves from dangerous BAITS of wicked and unreasonable people looking at taking advantage of NAIVE person(s).

Here are some measures:

Do not go to a questionable address without telling 2 or more people that have oversight on you and request that they call you later.

Also call at such address before accessing.

A lot of us have  smartphones with GPS locator or you can download on Google play and for blackberry, IPhone and Microsoft phone user find out how to use GPS and you can automate captures and automatic emails of your phone location to your loved ones or concerned persons.

Some smartphones automatically send their last location to already defined emails or persons who might be able to take decisions with such information.

Meetings with unknown persons is strongly advised to be in public places whether the person sounds like angel on the phone,  is a male or a female.

Run a background check on such companies,  or person(s) online and ask them if they have a relationship with any Nigerian bank; you may likely have friends in such banks that can check them out, probably call their account manager to make some integrity checks.

Whatever you do to secure your life, loved ones, business and properties is never too much.

'Shine Your Eye'

What can you say about your company Business Model?

Some Touching Reflections From Odusina Adewale Hiworks

What can you say about your company Business Model?  Does it favour your overall plans and aspirations or needs overhauling or replacement?

Do you think you have done everything to facilitate the success of this business model or you have been parasitical?

Do you even understand your role in the overall business goals and objectives?

If you don't, you deserve all that you are getting in management resentment and threats: your boss must be humanitarian and philanthropic to still have you around as they are truly better off without you.

The earlier you realize your self denial and admit you need adjustments the better.

How can you be on a journey where the destination is unknown to you? The organization may get to a stop over and you alight assuming it is the destination and while you stray away, the journey continues without you. You may even be on a wrong trip.

So take responsibility for where you are and where you want to go,  be sure where the current ship is going. See your part as responsible and critical for the overall agenda and work very hard at that. Leave your blueprint in the sand of time.

Commitment, Compromise and Communication...

Commitment, Compromise and Communication...

From Odusina Adewale Hiworks

How powerful these three make all the difference in the results of our life anyhow and however we engage with person(s), people and businesses.

Relationship has a greater chance at succeeding when at least one in the party is willing to show commitment,  make compromises and leave communication open no matter what...... Well as long as DDAATT(that) WWOOTT(what) is not
1. a man or woman punching the daylight out of you. (In your dating or marriage)

2.your business partner cutting deals to shortchange you

3.your acquittance or friend(s) being of intensive bad influence, seemingly unchanging and disrespectful and disregarding of your positive values.

My opinion is that one has to be slow at establishing any form of relationship.  I once said relationship must be defined, classified and serviced mutually.

It is not possible to have a relation without engaging with another.

Critical for relationship at start must be perceived values and (or) personality alignment.

One must have a virtual checklist to Anticipate poor alignment of values and pull out of such as early as possible.

Legacy of Subsistence Must become Obsolete

Legacy of Subsistence Must become Obsolete

Legacy of Subsistence Was Our Heritage But.... The Future Can Only Survive on the Philosophy of Business Mentality and Development of Business Modules as the new Legacy and Heritage going forward.

From Odusina Adewale Hiworks

Subsistence has been our philosophy subconsciously  and this has informed our general disposition lifestyle.

From birth,  it is handed down; prayer routine, school routine, work for pay routine, earn to live routine, marriage routine, rent or build for your family routine,  own family cars routine, send your children and some dependants  to school routines, some overseas holiday routine, retirement plan routine, Living on Pension and Children handouts routine.

For those with extra income the routine is extended to having additional wives, additional cars, more traditional and political titles. more holidays, more parties, more clubbing,  more drinking,  more drugs

The above lifestyle models characterized by CONSUMPTION was passed down by most of our fathers and very few had a different orientation with legacy businesses that have been around  for over 100years.

The future can only trife on production where at least one in every family units is in production that can engage at least 10-20 persons, and gradually increase production and personnel to 200 and more. The business must of necessity develop upon principles, regulatory systems and succession philosophy that is performance driven as blood lines right to leadership ascession is grossly inadequate for developing legacy companies.

Blood lines should only give right to profit sharing while those equipped to run businesses are empower to do so.

To be continued....

[2/13, 16:03] Adeoye Bakare: Very well said.  But how do we start?

[2/13, 16:45] Odusina Adewale Hiworks: Afternoon sir,  I think it starts with us getting financial and business education of some sort and also encouraging our children to do same early enough.

[2/13, 19:47] Adeoye Bakare: Is it about these only? Methink the basic factor is trust! On the very smallest level, we have seen associates/workers who have messed up companies that were entrusted to them. ..
[2/13, 20:18] Odusina Adewale Hiworks: No Sir, I said it starts with us having the knowledge base to anticipate opportunities around us.  We may have passion for certain interest but that may not be where the big break is. Sometimes we are not able to see all the derivatives of what we do and increase our market share of the pool.

As the visioneer, we need capacity for making businesses and also managing the returns first.  We must be able to interpreted the strength, weakness, opportunities and the threats first hand.

[2/13, 22:13] Adeoye Bakare: You haven't answered my que. ...

[2/14, 01:36] Odusina Adewale Hiworks: Sir,  Trust is a critical success factor and in the midst of all the wolves, there are trusted hands and they are everywhere too in all industry.

We must be able to identify such and also have the strategy for retainership.

Everywhere I have worked,  there are people that have invested all their work life with them;  over 20years.
