When appointment is strongly coloured by familiarism by tribe, friendship or family ties, D Goal is threatened.
Wherever Government appointment is coloured by Nepotism, The overall agenda is threatened & Greedy Separatist exploit D foot hold.
Study USA:When organizational appointment is coloured by Nepotism they loose D power of Enterprise that legacy traditional diversity delivers.
When we allow Nepotism, we loose out on the Synergy in Diversity, where Northerners Resilience Die-hard Attributes, Easterners Enterprising Prowess, Westerners Intellectual Acumen and Southerners Risk Management and Ability to Weather the Elements are brought together to Fuel Nation Building.
