One of the ways one can increase the time share and reduce the Risk of Life Challenging Narratives of different season in business is by Replicating Oneself in many others and through them increasing ones visibility by doing more.
The risk of business shutdown or redundancy is lower with more people sharing the business values compared to when the visioner is the sole player.
A lot of entrepreneur in these bracket will claim, they have sufferer too much from poor retainer-ship. The truth is, that retainer-ship challenge is the 'Jericho' of growing a lot of small businesses to big enterprises.
What most entrepreneur will not mention is that a lot of them would not be willing to sacrifice more in their transition seasons.
Every vision has everything required for full realisation but a lot of visioners are too in a hurry for gratification.
Not everyone will own businesses, but everyone needs to feel ownership of whatever business employs them especially when they have put in up to 2years of commitment or such will seek that gratification somewhere else.
When one has 5 persons employed to do ones job, that is at least 50hours extra, one is doing daily added to ones manhours. That is 600% chances of survival compared to ones 100%.
When we employ, we are by that activity increasing our share of time deployed into a business daily. 10 people under employment in a business will mean, hypothetically, additional 100hours of exposure daily and about 2500 hours every month.
