From The Break To The Big Break Business


From Odusina Adewale Hiworks Clients are unsatisfied with your service offerings and you are praying for 'a big break' business; at least do something with 'the break', oga!!!
Really sounded rude and I apologize for that. However,  I am hopeful that this piece will travel far and wide the social media through the reader and initiate a self examination and where necessary, cause the possible reader to make required character appraisal and  adjustment that will attract the Big Break Business Success and Impact.
Most of the campaign by HIWORKS were triggered by experiences from engaging with businesses and people and observing juicy businesses in our nation assigned to foreign players; businesses that we have local capacity for and this is primarily because of the little foxes that we take for granted.
Little foxes like poor timeliness, poor attention to details, history of poor record for punctuality to meetings, poor matching of personnel to work requirement, poor business plan and strategy,poor capacity improvement plan, poor staff retainership strategy among many others.
Hey!!!  I am equally short in some of the above mentioned and working harder at best practices.
The irony of life is that anywhere we are RIGHT NOW just became 'The Break'  and a new 'BIG BREAK' is waiting for our anticipation and corresponding business or personal life adjustment.
