Lead As Chief Servant by Hiworks
Every time we take advantage of people's. vulnerability, or defenselessness or susceptibleness or exposure or openness and all related, we actually empower them against us.
Little wonder, a staff that seemed very fearful and quietly taken the blows of insults desires it was enough and like one woken out of deep sleep tenders his resignation or the people that have been suppressed for so long decide to go on damaging sprees of public properties.
Humans are like that; there is a limit to which one can push even the most fearful but why do that in the first place.
Like Pastor Adeyemi of Daysstar mentioned, God would have us treat everyone in our world as special and when one leads, it is not because he or she is more special, but God has actually chosen such and such to be the chief servant because those that are lead are special to Him. This will revolutionize the world when we fully adopt the sovereign agenda for leadership and followership. Hiworks
