One of the rear privileges Story Writers have is that, they create new lives with unique personalities in the pages of papers; New Lives, sometimes so real, readers fantasize them, are inspired by them, are regenerated by them, and educated by them. Story characters brought to live, first hand, by writers, inspired of course, by God and sometimes the dark world.

From my years of writing, I discovered every writing is a journey and most times both you and the future readers will travel through. The same journey you experience first hand while writing, readers experience while reading. It's amazing sometimes that the swings of emotions you experience while writing, readers experience while reading. Of course, it's not coming from the writer; writer only share in the gratification that a great writeup or book gets. Book writing is a supernatural experience.

This will apply to all creative works, that the inspiration behind them are supernatural and it better be the right spirit for the sanity of the one engaging with the creative work.

This means not all creative work is good for consumption, when your sanity and serenity is important to you (Caveat).

The Truth is Truth. Your truth is up to you. Your resolve is predicted by what you consider as the truth; your perspective.

If your truth is not The Truth. your result is predicted on your perspective and not The Truth.

But if The Truth is your Truth, then your result is a guaranteed outcome of THE TRUTH.

Therefore, everyone is responsible for the discovery of The Truth, The guarantee for sustainable success.

The Weakness of any Nation is not lack of Sophisticated Weapons but Pool of Compromised Politicians and Citizens in Government;They (Unfaithful Gatekeepers) are more dangerous than the rest of the World against The Nation.

The Weakness of any Organisation is not lack of Sophisticated Technology but Pool of Compromised Managers and Subordinates  in the System;They (Unfaithful Gatekeepers) are more dangerous than the rest of the Competitors and unavailable emerging Technology.

The strength of any Nation or Organisation is in the consistent defence of their Values and Principles or the Ethics upon which they were created. That is the Brand identity or the DNA  of the Nation or Organisation. Once that is WATERED DOWN for Dollars or Naira, the system is in Decay and Vulnerable to External attacks and possible extinction.

We need to be most concerned for the enemies within and have measures in place to nip their operations in the bud, than we are of the enemies without.

In the dynamism of complexities of the challenges we face today as a Nation and in our Organisations, WE REALLY NEED GOD. HIWORKS.

The Primary Role of Government

The primary role of Government is creating an enabling environment for businesses to thrive. Implying that the core value for that is deep thinking 24x7 problem solving skill; problems like, how can average time spent in traffic be reduced to 1 hour on the longest route for 365 days in Lagos, Nigeria.

What are you doing in the Management of Ministry of Transport, if this is not on your front burner, for crying out loud???

If you are in the Ministry of Finance, it should be on your front burner, how the Government can efficiently and effectively allocate available resources and more importantly track deployment and ensure exponential returns on all the investment.This should be why you wake up everyday and go there and i really do hope, the idea on Treasury single account is your idea.

If you are in Defense, the obvious security narrative of crime happening for 1 hour and above without any restrain from anyone in the security architecture anywhere on land and sea, within our borders must be crashed to at least 10 minutes. There must be an engagement  good enough to restrain criminality for 15 minutes within which reinforcement of some sort can arrive.

If you are in the Ministry of Health, know that Government investment in Health needs to translate to measurable ROI significant for our GDP appreciation: No arm of Government is set up to be a Parasitic Parastatal.Let is be on your front burner to convert this year investment to at least a Return five times more.This should start with Policy Formulations that is centered at improving adult mortality rate which was 31.83 deaths per 100 in 2015, obviously more now. Infant mortality rate stood at over 100  per 1000.

If you are in the Ministry of Power, the burner should be super heated now, finding ways to provide 24hours by 365 uninterrupted Power Supply.

Ministry of Art and Culture must be think tank for how all our invisible intellectual works of Art can become visible at the world stage. Every time I visited Yabatech, Lagos, I am amazed how such a gold mine is not a tourist centre for fine Arts. That is one school out of 100s around the country with amazing works of art.

For the Ministry of Foreign and Interior Affairs, that should be the Think Tanks For Projecting all that make us Nigeria, in Nigeria and at the World Stage, to the ends, our citizens, proudly Celebrate Nigeria locally and internationally. Make it More Honourable to carry the
Green Passport than any other Passport.

Relevance is the value created in the nation, organization, for a person, or group of persons, to the ends, sustainable progress is made on account of the input that is adding up to the collectives.

Your spontaneity and intuitive demeanor is a strong pointer to your gifts, talent,your strength, weakness, areas of opportunities, threats, SWOT analysis

Relevance will mean different things to different environment. We shall mention 3 industries from so many…

The ironing of it all is that items 1 to 3 are part of Engineering item 4 and the personality traits mentioned are required for every industry to thrive.

As we all know, it is those personalities that have excelled in their various career that are called to serve at the Highest Level Of Governing Council.

So how can one develop,

2.Capacity? Decision making
3.Character? Formed Habit – peculiarity of moral & mental qualities

A lot of times, we don't plan because we can't immediately see where funds to mobilise such plans will come from. But  planning is sacrosanct most times for one to even see wherewithal funding will come from.

Another Truth is that we all have what we need for the next necessary action in our career path or journey. It implies everything that you can not see you have is not necessarily needed for your immediate next move: money, car,house,wife and all.

The last I will share is that, we must take careful stock of our leverages; everything we have right now and prayerfully see how they can be deployed or harnessed as the necessary steps to the next phase of our lives. Your marketing skill may be so good that you can sell ice to Eskimos and you just do not consider that leverage. For me, one of my leverages is writing and immeasurable doors keep opening just because of my writing skills.

When we come to terms with the reality that what has hindered us is not outside of us but within us, we can change the narratives for the future starting NOW!!!.

NONE OF US IS DISADVANTAGED!!!

We just have not harnessed our leverages effectively.

Ask Jesus today, into the equation of your life.

You think you've got a winning plan, guess what, God's plan is exponentially bigger and better.

If you have not been straight with God years back, repent, exploit his leverage for forgiveness and move on in His Truth.

There was a story shared by Jesus in the bible. Different people came to work. paraphrasing the scriptures, some worked 8am to 5pm, some joined the work at mid-day and some at 4pm.

Knowing God to be a great planner, I am sure those he employed in the morning have ability and potency to finish the job but by 12pm, it was clear, with their disposition to the work they will not finish. The employer smartly decided and engaged more people and at 4pm, it was obvious again that even those  were not as committed as expected and with the two groups combined, the job will not be finished.

So at 4pm, an additional group were engaged and the job was finished.

What became shocking to all the employees was that, he paid everyone the same wages.

In God's reward system, he pays for faithfulness and not the no of hours put in.

There is a standard required when we want God to put His blessing on our Labour, whether we are self employed or employees.

God commanded mankind to work and for every instruction of God man obeys, God rewards.

The question is,will the work pass the Quality Test of God; will your 8am-5pm be equal to another's 12pm-5pm or 4pm-5pm. We know that if our work is shortchanging the organization, probably because of other private practices, it is tantamount to stealing. In the eyes of God, that person is a barao!, ole!, oyi!,voleur!,forubo!etc.

This is same for self employed business people that shortchange their clients for profiteering.

God has his plan to reward every worker supernaturally, but that will never happen when the pay received is a shortchange of the person paying for such service.

In this new year, and especially as we are going into a season of waiting on God, let's renew our commitment to serve God everywhere we shall render service from now on.

The physical pay is a child's play compared to the pay with the blessing of God. Just to put it literally, its like shortchanging yourself on God's 10M naira plan on every 100,000naira salary you cheated your boss or employer on The blessing of God meets every need. The rich can pay for his children to school abroad and the less privileged can be so blessed with Children with unbelievable IQ by God for his God followership, that such children will go abroad on scholarship or by God's other means; remember God can create from NOTHINGNESS.

This is very rampant in the civil service and it's unfortunate that they think no one will know. The two personalities that really need to know are God and the devil, the accuser of the brethren. Even if God wants to overlook the issue, the accuser will react violently that the certain individual is undeserving.

Repent and exploit God's forgiveness; it does not matter with God, even if you have  just one more year to retirement, a truly repentant heart moves God.

As we work this year, let's be mindful more of God's reward system and become one of His Faithfuls if you are not yet. Start NOW!!!

Don't listen to that devil, God is largesse with forgiveness. Use your leverage.

Another story about God's largesse in forgiveness is about a prodigal son that went with a portion of his father's wealth, spent everything wastefully, repented, came back remorseful and he was taking back like the immediate past never existed.

My prayer is that, we all get into the largesse of God's supply this year, following His way of doing things. Hiworks

It is high time Financial capital Intimidating potential is demystified, as well as others; Intellectual or Human, Material, Natural, Manufactured, Assets and these are not in any particular order.

There is a consensus, that the most important capital or resource is Human in any organization; Priced higher than money. However, if there is no Money, chances are you may not be able to build that human capital.

It is very easy to build an island around unavailability of financial capital when it's NOT a level 5 problem; level 5 of 100-the starter's level.

It's being advised by many business development gurus, that, it is better to experiment a new business with very low risk bearing capital.

Social Capital, Layman Definition, is the value you command leveraging on Relationships you have built mostly directly and indirectly from the Day you were born to the Day you come across this Article... And you can not get the definition simpler than that.

Social Capital is mostly emotionally accrued over the years of interactions, with relations, friends, colleagues across our sphere of engagements and also very importantly across the sphere of engagements of the relations, friends and colleagues we interact with.

For the purpose of example, one of my Siblings work a Federal Media Organization and by virtue of what she does so well, Technically, she has political access to certain Ministers and Commissioners, She can virtually take people to the living room of such political bigwigs; Bigwigs that people with financial capital and all will have to book appointment to see.

Some drivers and gatemen have such huge social capital,that can open unimaginable doors when you have them as friends. Some Tailors, Barbers,musicians will shock you with their Power of Access they carry.

Marriages have created huge social capital for many to exploit as well as Certain Relationships. People have gotten jobs and businesses just because they are related and born by certain Influential or Legacy Parents.

Some parents will invest in certain schools in view of the interactions and leverages that they anticipate their children will have in the future.

Inspite of all the handouts, the biggest contributions to growing Social Capital is the ones you invested yourself; from toddlers, primary school,secondary school, while learning your trade, or in higher institutions, when you got your job,or the business, how diligent you came across, the fidelity rating, the trust rating you built with your small breaks and all will add up to your Social Capital.

The other critical avenue to built a Social capital leverage is from friends and Colleagues you schooled and worked together  previously. Most of such interactions were closely engaging for more than 4years. And now with  the advent of social media and such like, the capital can grow exponentially and be leveraged for low risk financial capital, intellectual capital, material capital and more.

Reward & Responsibility in local parlance are 6&7.

Reward when it is normal is momentary and at transitional point of a trajectory.

Rewards are solemnized by feelings of achievement or punitive measures. Rewards points to the past and when over pampered become weights and clog in the Wheel of progress. Over celebrated rewards is another word for Pride. When one over-dwells on the past, it becomes a drag.

Responsibility culminates into reward and this is window of transition for deeper engagement and further show of Responsibility is expected.

For a baby to be delivered from pregnancy, both the Baby and the Mother have very important critical roles. The failure of either to play these crucial roles always put more responsibility on the medical team at delivery.

We call the reward of responsible fetus and mother Normal Delivery. Afterwards, Baby lives the solitary confinement of the womb and at the very climax of that exit, takes responsibility for oxygen in the blood systems by breathing and mum after the womb base caretaking does not go on 3 weeks break but picks up nursing and feeding the new born from the tenderly through the very crucial stages where others can join in the caretaking.

What will happen if the mother goes on three weeks leave, or baby decides to insist on belly button supply of food and oxygen???? We all know the obvious reward.

We can see that Rewards sometimes are so momentary that it seems very unnoticeable but Responsibilities are too tangible to overlook.

We have all watched football matches where a team that just score a goal, gets beating two goals down, while in the climax of the euphoria of the goal scored just few minutes back. In the same light, a team that just conceded a goal, is most likely to lose further within the few minutes of the loss.

Managing Gratification, Failure & Punitive Measures properly is crucial to Sustainable Success in Life.

I have observed lots of people look forward to retirement and at retirement, they degenerate so rapidly within the first few months that I wondered, what was triggered in their Psyche during the retirement, that aggravated the ageing process. A lot of people, few months into retirement become financially handicapped as most of their savings and benefits become consumed by depression and its bagwagon.
To live Long and Well, we must keep Discovering our Next Responsibilities and Consciously Playing Down On Gratifications, Failures, and Consequences Of Previous Acts Of Irresponsibility.

At retirement, one can pick up an advisory role, teaching, mentoring, or writing roles among many others like sales of goods and services, farming, sporting classes-teaching retirees by example on how to stay fit, open a gym.

For young ones without a job, volunteer somewhere, choose within 30-60mins walk distance from where you reside; you will definitely find someone that needs an extra hand. Pick up soft skill while waiting and volunteer to gain mastery of use; that will come handy on your next employment.

Above all, avoid all illegality; they are the biggest subtle killers of the creative potentials of the mind. Can you imagine doing three times more work just to commit a crime?

Take that King to the Boardroom
But with the Ferocity of the Lion

Take that Woman in the Kitchen;
That Home Builder;
That Queen in our elements;
Take that Woman to the Negotiations

Take that Baby, Boy or Girl;
That Baby Unassuming, Unpretentious and Unafraid;
Yes That Baby Personality to the Teenager He or She shall become.

Teenagers, Keep That Baby Personality; very Believing Personality; Unassuming, Unpretentious and Unafraid
Teenagers, don't loose that Baby Personality; very Believing Personality and Unafraid to the Adult you shall become.

Pause now!!! Know for sure
You shall be Pressed to Trade in Your Believing sometimes by those you believed in
You shall be taught otherwise by those that have chosen to be defined by certain fear; they've been deceived but do not know.

So, if you are already there, assuming, afraid and unbelieving in your guts, Shake off that beast and let the Lion arise from within.
