Responsibility For Business Wellbeing & Continuity

For business performance to be properly evaluated, especially with regards to business continuity & risk management, all the people responsible for flagging various threats to the business must be at their best and loyalist to the values and principles upon which the business was set up and sustained; from gate manning to sitting in Management, and from policing the borders to sitting at Federal Executive Council.

The reason we have survived all the health challenges of life is because the body promptly report developments in the system that threatens the well being and all. Based on the indicators and test, medical practitioners are able to identify and deal with the life challenging concerns. Almost all of these life challenging health issues can be detected with proper periodic medical audits.

Can one imagine a situation where the body takes side with the malaria parasites and did not indicate any symptom and the test didn't generate corresponding results?

The victim is as good as dead obviously.

That is what happens when the management of an organization do not get the prompt and honest reporting of the various down line operational gaps and business threatening development.

When near miss events are not tracked and reported, events leading to the development may never be tracked to the ends near misses does not become real fatalities or collapse of operations.

If a drug supplier had been identified by an inspection officer for supplying a mix of fake and original drugs and simply rejects and warns the supplier without reporting, it is tantamount to the body not reporting the presence of life wellbeing threatening development.

When a particular officer reports, it can lead to a major audit in a medical center and discovery of wrongs that might have gone on for very long time undetected because previous inspectors were compromised. 

It will also answer a flagging of certain drugs as ineffective for certain prescription previously, that the reason is that those drugs were fake versions.

So every indicators are critical for the well being of any system. A common headache,may reveal more severe growing development than the obviously indicated. Hiworks

It is impossible to be desperate for riches and also be gritty for character development; they are two opposite courses; the opportunity cost of journeying in one is the other you have forgone; our subconscious mind can't travel the two together. Replicate Yourself and Increase Your Visibility

One of the ways one can increase the time share and reduce the Risk of Life Challenging Narratives of different season in business is by Replicating Oneself in many others and through them increasing ones visibility by doing more. 

The risk of business shutdown or redundancy is lower with more people sharing the business values compared to when the visioner is the sole player. 

A lot of entrepreneur in these bracket will claim, they have sufferer too much from poor retainer-ship. The truth is, that retainer-ship challenge is the 'Jericho' of growing a lot of small businesses to big enterprises. 

What most entrepreneur will not mention is that a lot of them would not be willing to sacrifice more in their transition seasons. 

Every vision has everything required for full realisation but a lot of visioners are too in a hurry for gratification. 

Not everyone will own businesses, but everyone needs to feel ownership of whatever business employs them especially when they have put in up to 2years of commitment or such will seek that gratification somewhere else. 

When one has 5 persons employed to do ones job, that is at least 50hours extra, one is doing daily added to ones manhours. That is 600% chances of survival compared to ones 100%.

When we employ, we are by that activity increasing our share of time deployed into a business daily. 10 people under employment in a business will mean, hypothetically, additional 100hours of exposure daily and about 2500 hours every month.

What Success is Not 1

 WHAT SUCCESS IS NOT 1

 Success is not ......when you see or live to see your goal  succeed. Success is not a destination but a Spirited Victorious attitude.

 Success is winning ways finding expression.

 It is a never giving up attitude on a course one has found to be worth living for, irrespective of numerous failures and oppositions within and without. 

Success  makes heroes of them who never lived to see their dream, having failed many times or retired by aging and health realities or silenced by opposition  but such lit unquenchable fire of desire for the course such believed on for others to run with until THE DREAM IS THE REALITY. 

Every American that died for the liberation of the blacks before and after Martin Luther King Jn are as much heroes  as Martin Luther King Jn even though never lived to see Barrack Obama as the first Black African American  President.

 Nelson Mandela is as much a hero as every South Africans that died during the struggle. When corporate bodies are starting out they put up a mission statement and a vision statement....to be a successful....... and everyday engagement is an investment into that call upon everyone in such corporation.

 It is very possible that the founder may never live to see the mission statement realized but as long as every day input is in that course, philosophically,  the founder is a success.

 Eventually, when the goal is realized, sustainability is also on the winning ways. 

What defines a successful person is not how many times he succeeded, but his Endless Disposition to continue to Risk the Possibility of Failure, in his Quest to Succeed. 

Success believes all things are possible. 

Success is a state of the mind that inspires one to go on and try again and again no matter how many times one has failed. 

Success is not a destination but a Spirited Victorious attitude. 
Success  not a chance Opportunity. 
Success is not luck.
 Success is not money. Money is a derivative of success. 
Auccess is not genetic 
Success is not a given 
Success is not evil 
Success is not to be feared 
Success is not fate 
Success is not synonimous with estate or acquisition 
Auccess is not Accidental 
Success is not Abusive 
Success is not a destination
 Success is not proud 
Auccess is not envious 
Success is not over bearing 
Success is not oppressive 
Success is not a position 
Success is not education 
Success is not knowledge
 Success is not wisdom
 Success is not understanding 
Success is not selfish 
Success is not political power
 Success is not in competition 
Success is not afraid of failure 
Success is not favourable to gender or marital status 
Success is not externally influenced by weather, economic prevalence, government policies etc 
Success is not favorable to family history Success is not stagnant
 Success is not disorderly 

Again, this is Success

Success believes all things are possible. 

Success is a state of the mind that inspires one to go on and try again and again no matter how many times one has failed.

 Success is not a chance Opportunity or luck 

A chance opportunity or luck can be self destructive, when the success is a given and the personality is not prepared for the complexness that are bandwagon of the status.

Such success is not a sustainable experience.

 Coming from the premise that success is a mindset to stay on course to an end irrespective of events opposing or enabling, a successful mind does not aspire out of peer pressure and competition.

Sustainable success is self driven life actualization of goals and dreams, seeing everyone else unique in their purposes, paths and timezones. 

A successful mindset is disposed to give and give. The truth is that Time and Chance will happen to all and a successful mindset will seize those moments for a great launch and it will just be the normal practice of a disciplined lifestyle; being prayerful, diligence, will to delay gratification,soberity, humility,  helping others get to their dreams, etc

 The pursuit to become such a personality will take time and effort to develop; this is real hard work.

The reason we invest in our personality is that we may always have the right spontaneous response in any situation. 

Our spontaneous responses to evolving situations in our lives are predictable: they are the character submission of our preoccupation and this eventually is our brand identity. 

What we eventually sell above our professional skills is our brand identity. Brand identity from my Layman point of view is the reputation we have carefully built over a period of time.

 An employee Job retainership or customer retainership is grown on a great reputation or brand identity. 

Most of the time, what is first visible is the professional skill while the character is assumed to be equally top-notch. Big brands always jump on the euphoria of the public appellation of skill hoping that CHARACTER requirement is inherent. Well, many times they are wrong and they quickly withdraw their brand alignment to such individuals.

A lot of known personalities in the film, music and sports industries lose multinational brand endorsement by their inability to match the brand identity perception with corresponding brand reputation due to character flaws. 

Skill always gives a Ginger to the character and so one highly skilled may be perceived to have character being the strength of customer or employment retainership.

 However, the moment character is on trial, brand identity is on fire and the spontaneous responses will reveal whether there is a match or not. Spontaneous responses are your predetermined reactions developed consciously and subconsciously over a long period. 

Take stock of your spontaneous responses and define your personality sincerely.  Do you find a drift towards a liar, a fastidious character, a violent, an abusive, an impatient, an infidel, greedy, selfish and such like; THEN MAKE NECESSARY CONSCIOUS ADJUSTMENT. 

If you are reading this, I am sure you know some Hollywood legends recently sentenced for sexual assaults on women and many more around the world are being brought down for the same and various other unthinkable violations of the seemingly vulnerable in their circle of influence.

It is your brand identity and character alignment that will ultimately demand more from your prospects and not the skill. To be continued..... Hiworks
