This is an honest campaign (The YouTube video campaign), but sometimes addressing the root of a problem is better than photoshopping it. The Rhetoric should be Nigeria take back what few ostentatious unpatriotic citizens and foreigners have taken from you.

if in one state and within 16years two Governors took 34billion Naira from the State Fund pool, the other politicians and stakeholders in Government took another 34x10billion Naira, and they are still taken, the results are the obvious narratives;worsening infrastructure in schools, worsening road, worsening housing, worsening power supply, worsening healthcare, worsening welfare for the senior citizens.

The Rhetoric should be Nigeria take back what few ostentatious, unpatriotic citizens and foreigners have taken from you.

When you offer a solution like inexpensive solar streetlights, as cheap as N36,000.00 for the supply and replacement of existing dysfunctional streetlights with 100W LED all in one Streetlight.

With about 40KM roads in Ikeja, the budget is 28.8Million Naira, @ one every 50m, 800pieces of solar-powered streetlight, that will not fail at least 2-3years and low maintenance ( just wipe the face of the panels every month and rain will also make for self-maintenance). with that budget, Lagos road can be Lit with 28.8 Million Naira x 130 = 3.8 Billion Naira.

Imagine spending 3.8 Billion Naira to lit Lagos state, Imagine how nightlife will improve tremendously with that token.

What changes all the mathematics is the greed of some politicians; when the same solar light that is originally 36,000.00 Naira, is offered at POLITICAL PRICE of 360,000.00 Naira per piece. The ripple effect of that is only one-tenth of the roads will be done (10% of the original length of road; 492km of the road as against 4921km. or spending 38billion naira for what 3.8billion would have achieved.

Imagine the Government spending extra 34billion Naira that could be deployed to meet other needs to feed some persons' greed. This is how the mathematics fails and sometimes and many times such a lofty agenda is struck out for many years.

The effects of Greedy Politicians and Other stakeholders overpricing are the obvious narratives; worsening infrastructure in schools, worsening road, worsening housing, worsening power supply, worsening healthcare, worsening welfare for the senior citizens and many others.

What would one expect Government to do, when the submitted offers are 10 times the allocation; obviously to do 10 times less.

The Rhetoric should be Nigeria take back what few ostentatious unpatriotic citizens and foreigners have taken from you by exposing such. Every Patriotic Nigerians have a right to publish such a genuine document showing such practices. Every Nigerian is a gatekeeper for the Progressive Philosophy Rhetorics. Every Nigerian Patriotic Consultant in charge of some Due diligence of some sort, must expose or resign to expose overpricing practices.

Why the Evil had prevailed is because some of the gatekeepers looked away; they should now look responsibly.

If the cost of running Government operations is fair, it may drop to 20% of what is it today and the 80% savings can go into the reserve and other CAPEX. In a very shorter period, the impact of Government shall be felt by Mr. Yakubu, a tailor at Ayetoro for just because he is a Nigerian and he will pride himself as one. From Hiworks

In the final analysis, your  'iwa' will show up. That is what you are atomically; you may pretend for a while, but you are your 'iwa' altimately. Only you can deal with your 'iwa'; making the necessary adjustments where necessary; well, that is if you don't allow self denial to becloud you.

We may claim our boss or client is difficult, when the real issue is our flaws. We may claim there is no time, when the issue is time mismanagement or no money for  mismanagement of funds, or no love in our marriage, when love languages are lacking. The list is endless.

Adjustments and improvement can start when self denials is starved to death.

Every child is intelligent but whether that will reflect in school work is a different ballgame altogether.

A child scored 95% in Mathematics but 20% in Literature. Another child scored 95% in fine art but 10% in Mathematics.

Another child can sing all the top chatting songs; local and international, but he or she is very poorly in school work.

If a teacher or a parent or guardian labels any of these a dullard, that will be a misjudgment of that child's intuition and it is very unfortunate.

None of the children described is lacking in intelligence; they have only failed to display the virtue in organized learning, resulting in poor credit scores.

A lot of factors may be responsible for that, the major being lack of interest.

In dealing with a lack of interest, the parent or guardian of the child must be careful not to label a child a dullard as that may adversely affect the self-confidence of the ward when such a statement is made from trusted adult(s).

This is one of the challenges of today's educational programs and it was hoped that the proliferation of private schools from basic to higher education institutions would address that educational gap. 

Building a child's confidence level must start from the kindergarten and be built through to college. The ability of a child to robustly build interest across talents and academic works must be core to the program. The same brain that will remember Tuface songs back to back will also remember Social Studies back to back.

 Unfortunately, effective standardized Montessori private schools serve very privileged few that can afford to pay the premium cost.

It is better to just leave a child to coast through those subjects he lacks interest in than to label such with such degenerating phrase, like a dullard.

We can't but mentioned that lack of interest most times is a product of poor quality teaching, lack of teaching aids like pictures and videos and learning methodology such that under a different way of approach, some of the wards performances actually improve, because intelligence was never the challenge but interest.

You will see a lot of this displayed by those wards with overall poor performance but they can sing back to back all the songs from Backstreet Boys,  or 2face Idibia, Vector or Dbanj or............... See I am having difficulty remembering their names, not for lack of intelligence, but a strong interest in that area.

Some of the wards have been allowed to growth interest in various distracting activities like gaming and watching TV at a very young age and they are at the mercy of their unguided judgement to do whatever they like at anytime they so choose. Now,  they are teenagers and uncontrollable and addicted to various distractions to learning.

Like it is said, a problem identified is half solved. Addressing the educational gaps is a collective responsibility of government, teachers, guardians and parents. But while that is an ongoing process, let's not add to the challenge of the children by labeling them negatively. We should, all of us responsible for the development of the ward, help the child buildup interest in the areas such are poorly or help them find their strength and nurture them.

Some children have been found to improve generally just by boosting their morale and celebrating every effort they put in for improvement.

When we as parents do not know what to do about the performance improvement of our children, we should seek help prayerfully and also find  counselors professionally trained to provide such support.

Nigeria can do it too, if we start now; we can brand every state with at least one trade. Life is a load of Routine Response Behaviors

Life is a load of Routine Response Behaviors altimately with a destination. It is important where the 'Route-ine' is leading to eventually; that will summarize personality and perception.

It is important one minds that personality & perception when one is on the driving seat cycle, as it may limit how many shall be willing to offer rides in the other cycle when one shall be driven.

No one has the entire road map to destiny; everyone will serve and be served-everyone will drive and be driven.

Children need to be guided to grow excellent Routine Response Behaviors; it will make the journey much easier.

However, if you are already challenged by poor routines, make necessary adjustments; take it like a discovery on a road trip, that you have gone a wrong route for a while, leading somewhere else or nowhere important.

It will help to write down what you would like to adjust and a list of new routines that will now define your personality and perception.

As a Nation, We can either invest in Serenity or Restiveness

When you have a country with almost 50% population about 25years or close to 100Million,  leaders are either investing on them for massive economic growth or spending on them to suppress their restiveness.

I know it is cheaper to focus on the investment option strategically and the returns is a generational legacy for dignity in labour and serenity.

One of the rear privileges Story Writers have is that, they create new lives with unique personalities in the pages of papers; New Lives, sometimes so real, readers fantasize them, are inspired by them, are regenerated by them, and educated by them. Story characters brought to live, first hand, by writers, inspired of course, by God and sometimes the dark world.

From my years of writing, I discovered every writing is a journey and most times both you and the future readers will travel through. The same journey you experience first hand while writing, readers experience while reading. It's amazing sometimes that the swings of emotions you experience while writing, readers experience while reading. Of course, it's not coming from the writer; writer only share in the gratification that a great writeup or book gets. Book writing is a supernatural experience.

This will apply to all creative works, that the inspiration behind them are supernatural and it better be the right spirit for the sanity of the one engaging with the creative work.

This means not all creative work is good for consumption, when your sanity and serenity is important to you (Caveat).

The Weakness of any Nation is not lack of Sophisticated Weapons but Pool of Compromised Politicians and Citizens in Government;They (Unfaithful Gatekeepers) are more dangerous than the rest of the World against The Nation.

The Weakness of any Organisation is not lack of Sophisticated Technology but Pool of Compromised Managers and Subordinates  in the System;They (Unfaithful Gatekeepers) are more dangerous than the rest of the Competitors and unavailable emerging Technology.

The strength of any Nation or Organisation is in the consistent defence of their Values and Principles or the Ethics upon which they were created. That is the Brand identity or the DNA  of the Nation or Organisation. Once that is WATERED DOWN for Dollars or Naira, the system is in Decay and Vulnerable to External attacks and possible extinction.

We need to be most concerned for the enemies within and have measures in place to nip their operations in the bud, than we are of the enemies without.

In the dynamism of complexities of the challenges we face today as a Nation and in our Organisations, WE REALLY NEED GOD. HIWORKS.

The Primary Role of Government

The primary role of Government is creating an enabling environment for businesses to thrive. Implying that the core value for that is deep thinking 24x7 problem solving skill; problems like, how can average time spent in traffic be reduced to 1 hour on the longest route for 365 days in Lagos, Nigeria.

What are you doing in the Management of Ministry of Transport, if this is not on your front burner, for crying out loud???

If you are in the Ministry of Finance, it should be on your front burner, how the Government can efficiently and effectively allocate available resources and more importantly track deployment and ensure exponential returns on all the investment.This should be why you wake up everyday and go there and i really do hope, the idea on Treasury single account is your idea.

If you are in Defense, the obvious security narrative of crime happening for 1 hour and above without any restrain from anyone in the security architecture anywhere on land and sea, within our borders must be crashed to at least 10 minutes. There must be an engagement  good enough to restrain criminality for 15 minutes within which reinforcement of some sort can arrive.

If you are in the Ministry of Health, know that Government investment in Health needs to translate to measurable ROI significant for our GDP appreciation: No arm of Government is set up to be a Parasitic Parastatal.Let is be on your front burner to convert this year investment to at least a Return five times more.This should start with Policy Formulations that is centered at improving adult mortality rate which was 31.83 deaths per 100 in 2015, obviously more now. Infant mortality rate stood at over 100  per 1000.

If you are in the Ministry of Power, the burner should be super heated now, finding ways to provide 24hours by 365 uninterrupted Power Supply.

Ministry of Art and Culture must be think tank for how all our invisible intellectual works of Art can become visible at the world stage. Every time I visited Yabatech, Lagos, I am amazed how such a gold mine is not a tourist centre for fine Arts. That is one school out of 100s around the country with amazing works of art.

For the Ministry of Foreign and Interior Affairs, that should be the Think Tanks For Projecting all that make us Nigeria, in Nigeria and at the World Stage, to the ends, our citizens, proudly Celebrate Nigeria locally and internationally. Make it More Honourable to carry the
Green Passport than any other Passport.

A lot of times, we don't plan because we can't immediately see where funds to mobilise such plans will come from. But  planning is sacrosanct most times for one to even see wherewithal funding will come from.

Another Truth is that we all have what we need for the next necessary action in our career path or journey. It implies everything that you can not see you have is not necessarily needed for your immediate next move: money, car,house,wife and all.

The last I will share is that, we must take careful stock of our leverages; everything we have right now and prayerfully see how they can be deployed or harnessed as the necessary steps to the next phase of our lives. Your marketing skill may be so good that you can sell ice to Eskimos and you just do not consider that leverage. For me, one of my leverages is writing and immeasurable doors keep opening just because of my writing skills.

When we come to terms with the reality that what has hindered us is not outside of us but within us, we can change the narratives for the future starting NOW!!!.

NONE OF US IS DISADVANTAGED!!!

We just have not harnessed our leverages effectively.

That leverage is available to the ENTIRE Humanity.

This Leverage can create any other leverages, even from nothingness.

Ask Jesus today, into the equation of your life.

You think you've got a winning plan, guess what, God's plan is exponentially bigger and better.

If you have not been straight with God years back, repent, exploit his leverage for forgiveness and move on in His Truth.

There was a story shared by Jesus in the bible. Different people came to work. paraphrasing the scriptures, some worked 8am to 5pm, some joined the work at mid-day and some at 4pm.

Knowing God to be a great planner, I am sure those he employed in the morning have ability and potency to finish the job but by 12pm, it was clear, with their disposition to the work they will not finish. The employer smartly decided and engaged more people and at 4pm, it was obvious again that even those  were not as committed as expected and with the two groups combined, the job will not be finished.

So at 4pm, an additional group were engaged and the job was finished.

What became shocking to all the employees was that, he paid everyone the same wages.

In God's reward system, he pays for faithfulness and not the no of hours put in.

There is a standard required when we want God to put His blessing on our Labour, whether we are self employed or employees.

God commanded mankind to work and for every instruction of God man obeys, God rewards.

The question is,will the work pass the Quality Test of God; will your 8am-5pm be equal to another's 12pm-5pm or 4pm-5pm. We know that if our work is shortchanging the organization, probably because of other private practices, it is tantamount to stealing. In the eyes of God, that person is a barao!, ole!, oyi!,voleur!,forubo!etc.

This is same for self employed business people that shortchange their clients for profiteering.

God has his plan to reward every worker supernaturally, but that will never happen when the pay received is a shortchange of the person paying for such service.

In this new year, and especially as we are going into a season of waiting on God, let's renew our commitment to serve God everywhere we shall render service from now on.

The physical pay is a child's play compared to the pay with the blessing of God. Just to put it literally, its like shortchanging yourself on God's 10M naira plan on every 100,000naira salary you cheated your boss or employer on The blessing of God meets every need. The rich can pay for his children to school abroad and the less privileged can be so blessed with Children with unbelievable IQ by God for his God followership, that such children will go abroad on scholarship or by God's other means; remember God can create from NOTHINGNESS.

This is very rampant in the civil service and it's unfortunate that they think no one will know. The two personalities that really need to know are God and the devil, the accuser of the brethren. Even if God wants to overlook the issue, the accuser will react violently that the certain individual is undeserving.

Repent and exploit God's forgiveness; it does not matter with God, even if you have  just one more year to retirement, a truly repentant heart moves God.

As we work this year, let's be mindful more of God's reward system and become one of His Faithfuls if you are not yet. Start NOW!!!

Don't listen to that devil, God is largesse with forgiveness. Use your leverage.

Another story about God's largesse in forgiveness is about a prodigal son that went with a portion of his father's wealth, spent everything wastefully, repented, came back remorseful and he was taking back like the immediate past never existed.

My prayer is that, we all get into the largesse of God's supply this year, following His way of doing things. Hiworks
