The most valuable asset of any nation are the people and not just because they are the highest valuables of Nature which I rather call God but the equity potential of human mind.
Microsoft, Mac, Facebook, Google,Amazon, Alibaba and such like are virtual realities created from the exploration of human mind. These products have become part of our daily lives and have created more revenue and assets directly and indirectly than the budget of some continents.

The very few individuals not up to 1000 behind the success of these institutions are worth a tangible % of the world economy put together.
Can we now imagine increasing the number to one million? This is a collective responsibility.
Most of these individuals were successful before they were 25.
This implies that what we have to do is get our children to embrace reading at their early stage from 3.
I am challenging mine to do so.
One of my sons is writing his first story book now at 10. In fact, we have challenged ourselves as I am also writing a story book too at my leasure.
We have so much challenging the reading culture now. Primarily are the Tvs, video games, films and various sporting activities.
Children show various interest and tendencies from the age of 3. We must be observant enough to track such potentials and quickly set them on the course to appreciate what was and is, so that before they are 20 they have a strong appreciation of history and emback on changing history before they are 25 and the financial benefit will naturally follow.
We are where we are today primarily because we are still appreciating our history at 50years because we still in the elementary of our profession at such age as a fall out of poor reading culture, low capacity building and negative life distractions.
Why was Moses the most qualified to be the champion of the first
Jewish exodus from
Egypt and most important inspired the policy direction by writing the 1st 5 books of the bible.
It was recorded as a testimony for him that he was highly educated in
ALL the knowledge of Egyptian Cultures and Values.
This implies, he could redefine that culture when he returned. He must have traced his root,in his course of study and that gingered him towards the revolution.
Moses must have found out that Egypt would have gone into extinction, had Joseph not come to the rescue.
Everyone that had changed history were people that had a grip of their career history and these only happens in the place of indepth study.

Hiworks Altimate Agenda
Hiworks Group shall be built with community in perspective; every employee that works with us shall be made responsible for 30 people from his Family line confirmed with DNA. Every employee couple shall be responsible for 60 people. We shall be growing employee pool of a million people across the world in 50years and 2million employees in 100years.
We shall have social benefits broad based. It means a staff employment guarantees social amenities for 30 to 60 people; all inclusive free medicals medicals, hostel accomodation, education, feeding at 1 good meal daily for all ages below 20 and above 55years.
All our staff have free accommodation from freely serviced 2,3and4 bedrm flats. All our retirees have free suites with mini kitchen and common living for 10 and 2 good meals daily.
There will be no clasification for retirees in our programme as all will enjoy equal full benefits as planned.
All staffs Are non transferable shareholders and can enjoy the benefits of the share holding while alive.
Hiworks shall acquire existing Schools, Hospitals,recreation centers,stadia,religious facilities for the benefit of staff and highly subsidized for public access.
Our facilities shall be spead across peaceful communities.

Define Your Mission and Vision Philosophy

Mission philosophy defines purpose and brand identity;Who you Are, what you do,how you do what, and Who and those you engage with.
Vision points to perception which is primarily the impression of an identified brand on the society and also meant to initiate such perception sustainably.
The vision you impress and the vision you are perceived by, being the images of an expected ends or satisfaction on your pool of the society, is the reason you have rewards in the form of income and referral.
This is what I think is called branding.
However, between perception and the actually quality of services impressed is a Long Walk To Legacy.
On the long walk to legacy is the mission; deliverables may fall short, income will be lean, gratification will be delayed, partners will split, organization will be overhauled, people will get sacked, fresh hands will be engaged, new training, innovation & technology will be embraced, profit will be lean, some good hands will resign, nights will be many and afterwards the Legacy Company will evolve.
Jesus told His disciples that He will empower them to become fishers of men and they would have imagined it a piece of cake-(VISION).
But the mission took them to pandemonium, pain and prison.
The mission took them to the darkest of night, deprivation, denial, and even death.
Remember, the MISSION of the disciples then and now in simple term, is to preach the Gospel to all the sphere of our engagement being all the people we shall come in contact with in our lifetime.
But in playing out is a tough call.
How be it, for over 2000 years, this LEGACY MISSION have trancend all oppositions to be our testimony and long after we are gone, will grow from strength to strength.
This is the power of a focussed Vision and Mission Statement.
