Jobs and money for Job done are in abundance

Any time I read a message to me saying ' please!!! I need a job urgently', what I also see is that there is a knowledge deficit because Jobs and money for Job done are in abundance; one may only need to seek for the right match of one's most valued skills and the commensurate monetary compensation for that. But works to survive why waiting for the dream job is always in abundance and anywhere in the world. Only lazy or irresponsible people are hungry.

Work and any legitimate work at all is honourable; Engineers in London'll wash plate in restaurants while waiting for their dream job but too proud in Nigeria; something's wrong with that.

There is also room in abundance for volunteering and and such engaged gets paid a token to get by.

Sitting at home in the name of waiting for the right job is a show of gross irresponsibility and whoever is feeding you is feeding your ego fat and it will burst sooner or later especially when you are 45years and with 2years of working experience.

Bros, get your hands in the ground and you may just run into gold while hunting diamond. Hiworks

The greatest challenge God has with man has always been the ability to ask why before doing, the personal opinion, the propensity for egotism; the thinking that he could have a superior idea than God's instructions.

Throughout the Bible, we are commanded to go at God's instructions recklessly to get the full benefits locked into that attitude of complete obedience.

It is a follow-follow mandate we received at the cross; we were brought into the kingdom of Our Lord and His Christ. Everything the King says is a decree or command and to be obeyed recklessly.

The Bible records that because King Nebuchadnezzar's command to dump the Hebrew men in the fire was urgent, the king's men carrying out the instructions died at it. They were reckless.

Unfortunately, a lot of God's children find it still difficult to see God's Word as Urgent Instructions to be carried out urgently and recklessly.

The measure of our MEEKNESS is the level of our capacity to follow God's Word with a 'go at it' attitude; recklessly, unassuming, unpretentious, and unafraid.

quiet, gentle, and easily imposed on; submissive.

Simply implies one disposed to do anything and everything God says; no questions asked.

A man can't be meek in God's evaluation and remain normal; your propensity to life issues will naturally oppose common sense while you are at it a lot of time.

But, unfortunately, the only criteria for working with God devotedly, will be that one keeps growing the meekness deeper and that will mean DYING DAILY to self-aggrandizement, to being self-opinionated and self-security. Self-security is the disposition to fight for self-worth.

All these values are important to you and more important to God but it is just that, when we push for them we devalue God in the effort. God would rather take that fight up at His level. 

If you have never seen an ambassador of a country take up a fight for self-security but would rather not give a personal opinion when such are wronged in the country where they are hosted and leave the fight to the homeland, we should not think less of ourselves as ambassadors of the Kingdom of God.

Moses was described as the meekest in his time but remember he was in a developmental process for forty years after running away from Egypt before God called him.

Joshua had his share of 40 years before God chose him to lead.

And if you checked the only quality they both needed most was capacity for follow-follow.

Jesus said one to be envied is the meek because such will inherit the earth in Mathews 5:5

We are to put self to death daily and live for a higher purpose in it's stead and that will mean living for God's Word and views on the issues of life as they unfold daily without question.

Scandal is like a consequential or accidental knife injury; any damage to the knife will not stop the aftermath of the experience; the blood flow, the pain and the scar that may never totally disappear.

Scandal is meant to destroy a man's reputation whether or not the report alleged is true or fabricated; scandal will do a perfect job except God really come to the victim's aid.

Scandals thrive on the vulnerability of the mind to turn words to animated images in the heart and once formed it takes effort to remove such images.

So, don't play with the knife or anyone dangling it around you. The Bible says RAN AWAY OR BOLT FROM EVERY APPEARANCES OF EVIL OR SCANDALOUS OPPORTUNITIES (PARAPHRASED).

Be guided, be smart, as every opportunity that present itself cheaply might be after your priceless values, with the intention to fuel  scandalous setup. Run!!!

When we give room for scandals, it does it's job and we are at the mercy of previous perception, providence and posterity. 

So give no room for scandals.

If you are the possible target by virtue of you do, make your office all see through if you can, record all conversations, be mindful who you ride with and the company you keep. Avoid any controversial private meetings. Be careful to accept controversial gifts. Keep very detailed records of assigned responsibilities and funds and if possible the sensitive once in a bank and with very trusted friends. There is no length to which you go to avoid scandals that will be too much.

Effective Teaching and Action

We can only claim to be professionals in any field when we adroitly communicate the language of our skill or calling or vocation with simplicity such that any layman will understand and be inspired or empowered to take the corresponding action.Hiworks

Until knowledge is applied adroitly by most of the students, a professional capacity for teaching must be questioned. If more than 30% of the class fail a subject, the style and depth of teaching need examining by the school board, I do not care if the lecture is a Nobel prize winner. 

We need to also be clear that it is not all researchers that can teach; some are just better kept  in the laboratory.Hiworks

Every time we take advantage of people's. vulnerability, or defenselessness or susceptibleness or exposure or openness and all related, we actually empower them against us.

Little wonder, a staff that seemed very fearful and quietly taken the blows of insults desires it was enough and like one woken out of deep sleep tenders his resignation or the people that have been suppressed for so long decide to go on damaging sprees of public properties.

Humans are like that; there is a limit to which one can push even the most fearful but why do that in the first place.

Like Pastor Adeyemi of Daysstar mentioned, God would have us treat everyone in our world as special and when one leads, it is not because he or she is more special, but God has actually chosen such and such to be the chief servant  because those that are lead are special to Him. It is amazing that even the world  knows that addicts to drugs, alcohol and all sorts can be delivered by knowledge.

Little wonder in the Rehab, like they call it in the United States, it is mainly talk, talk, and talk, and every day. Well, some will come out and it is all a new beginning, while some will suffer relapse over and over again and eventually survive the life of an addict and start living or move from relapse to demise.

The Bible says by knowledge shall the 'righteous' be delivered, knowledge already settled in the subconscious mind or human spirit AND NOT HEAD KNOWLEDGE.

YOU KNOW HOW DIFFICULT IT WOULD BE TO  REEDUCATE THAT '2+2 = 11' That is because '2+2 = 4' is already settled in the subconscious mind as absolute truth, well that only happens to the best of my knowledge in mathematical base 10 and 2+2 = 11 or 4 or 10 depending on what number base is in perspective. (Don't bother about all that mathematical jagons).

Once the truth gets settled in the subconscious mind or any lie finds its way there, it creates the framework that is rooted in the person's personality and enriches or nurtures that personality positively or negatively.

All through basic school, we were taught that 2+2=4 with infallible proof and on that truth we built the foundation for our journey into Additions, subtractions,multiplications, divisions and all that relate to them.

However, getting to secondary school, new twist to the knowledge we held absolute was introduced and 2+2 may not be 4 under a different condition. In base 3, it is 11 and 10 in base 4.

Those new mathematical philosophies were true, in operation and in influence even while we were yet unborn or before a mathematician discovered them.

But the conscious mental consideration and harnessing of the value chain only begins with the knowledge.

When you think you are behind schedule in life achievement, situation seems rather impossible to change,  you don't have the will to try again,  note the following:

 Abraham had Isaac at 100years and the wife over 90. 

Joseph was elevated to Prime Minister from Prison.  Moses went from Prince in Egypt to a nobody and after another 40years led over a million people out of the most powerful nation of the world. 

You are where you are because of the barrage of wrong information your mind have processed for too long. 

You can not solve a problem at the level of knowledge they were created.

Be liberated with a Higher Knowledge. 

Seek higher knowledge.

Be the Story for another Generation to pull through their challenges. 

Because,  when you succeed,  you cannot imagine how far reaching that will have on your observers. 

You will Succeed  .....You will!!!

 If our Dreams, big or small, is ultimately up to the Grace of God, why are we then CAREFUL and not 'reckless', on account of our Mighty God who can do anything and help us to achieve.

The only reason that has happened for too long is the reason the Israelites told Moses that they can not possess the land God said he has already given them for a possession; this God just previously made them walk through the sea for crying out loud.

It is the mental health condition the Bible scholars Called Grasshopper Mentality Syndrome.

The mental state that fights the capacity of the mind to dream HEALTHY and see that greatness is in every man and not some men and the good things of life are for everyone and not some persons. 

The mental state that chooses to eat the crumbs or the leftovers, over eating at the table, when the negative experiences of life have successfully constricted the mind and the man feels undeserving of the best that life has to offer.

Before you read the next paragraph, here is the clarification, this write up is expected to inspire the mind to rise above the level where the forces of negative experiences have put a limit on dreaming. BUT YOU MUST CHOOSE TO DREAM AGAIN or you are dead or a living dead with no self-worth and you would just have fallen to the deception every EIGHT people out of TEN are in; LET US CRASH THAT NUMBER TO FIVE OUT OF TEN AND LATER TO ZERO; WE CAN, YOU KNOW.

In one way, the low mentality mindset plays out in the choices that people make in life where their choices are defined by the mentality to remain in their psychological and hypothetical comfort zone. They settle in their mind for chanties to live in against goodly homes, settle in their mind for the less deserved at the market, settle their kids in ANY school, do ANY course in the college, look for ANY job, and eventually do the job ANY HOW and continue to make ANYHOW life choices and then pass it on to their children.

 One of my late Uncle, we called DADDY MODELE, nicknamed ROYALLAD had it rightly defined as THE TRADITIONAL LEGACY OF POVERTY, paraphrased as the Traditional Legacy for a Generational Poverty Stricken Life.

This also plays out in many vices in the society like in envy and jealousy, in stealing because the mind has believed, it is not possible to earn a good life legitimately and in armed robbery, maiming of victims and killings all because the criminal mind can only see  crime or forced acquisition to be the only way to some good life reserved for others 'exclusively'.

The projection of the values of hardwork is not even enjoying patronage on the media outreach as the songs and films are mostly preaching otherwise.

People in leadership are not seen to be models for dignity in labour. The senior citizens are not seen to be deserving of a good life after retirement. Politicians come across as those in the office to fill their pockets deep.

Sorry, they are all part of the universal conspiracy to get naive one and that will mean everyone whose life is already defined by negative experiences and accepting everything that comes to stay small, die small and pass the legacy of small dreams to the next generation.

BUT NOW, knowing after all, whether the dream is big or small, it is still up to God to help you, choose the best for you all the time, and work hard at it. If you don't give up like the eight out of ten in the world would, you will make headlines at least in your circle, if not the world.

It is a painful insult to any intelligent Nigerian like me to call 99% of road mishaps accidentals. They are more intelligently related to Incidental events and all the life's that have been taken should be better classified as victims of avoidable incidental events.

The benefit of properly evaluating events is that it allows us to take perfect decision and eventually prosecute not just the ones driving but all the gate keepers that looked away while the incident was still a potential incidental event. 

No day passes, that any road user will not see a 20 to 40-ton truck, with all safety guidelines thrown to the wind;

1. No load restraining strapped of any kind

2. No parking light flashing in the night

3. No obvious good tyres and conspicuously noticeable bad tyres and worn-out ones while on the major roads

4. No parking lights and many times no light sockets at all.

5.smokey engine, lowering visibility to 10m

6. Trucks having difficulty ascending the bridge and almost failing backwards and truck boys restraining with wood to prevent that.

....the list is endless of our daily engagement of life threatening dangerous trucks on our road.

The only possible reason for law enforcement agents on the roads looking away would be that the owners of such trucks are powerful influential Persons. We all know what such people are capable of doing.

It is insulting upon injuries to many families that have lost their loved ones to road mishaps, when we call the cause an accident, when the unsafe trucks had been traveling our roads unsafely for at least one week before the incidental event and had passed many road law enforcement agents without restraint.

It is indeed insulting to all of us that saw the potential dangers of many unsafely laddened trucks plying our roads and heard that there was an eventual consummation with lives lost and such are reported as accidents.

PLEASE MOST TRUCKS MISHAPS ARE NOT ACCIDENTAL BUT INCIDENTAL.

The truth is that when we review all the mishaps, we may find 10% to be real ACCIDENTS but 90%  of the events would be avoidable or preventable road INCIDENTS. HIWORKS

The biggest challenge to any organization is for the operations and management team not to know, that it's very survival depends on them relating to it as an organic system; every part must be given attention, every treat must be perfectly diagnosed and given the right medication. The same way the human body functions, is exactly how any corporate organization MUST FUNCTION, devoid of any denial of business treats and especially poor behavioral treats; can the leg be offended that the brain is indicating to the body a tetanus infection exist and must be attended urgently.

An Organization is as strong as the weakest link; a compromised gateman, can wreck a billion naira corporation as well as the Managing Director; once their loyalty is compromised by external or personal interest.

Business Organization is first ORGANIC in nature and every part must put in their quota with the required diligence and equity.

The moment we hit the business world upon leaving school, we are meant to building social equity all the way through our journey.

Knowing this motivates us to work in a particular way; consciously, working for more than we get, whether it is an employment or a contractual obligations as a business owner, always striving to over deliver on expectations.

In my years of employment, I saw quite a number of employees come to work on Friday; graduates of higher institution, work normally as if everything is cool and never showed up the next Monday, having joined another firm. 

The attitude leaves the previous employer scrabbling to fill the sudden gap created by the exit of the employee with lots of pain. On my last employment,I gave 6months, the minimum for confirm employment being 2weeks, giving room for a handing over or possible replacement.

This is how such employees burn their past bridges not knowing that such employers may  just be in their future to determine their fate or help them in some ways or be asked by certain prospects to write a letter of recommendation. The world has become a village where people know people and paths cross.

I have moved from one company to another in my years of employment, some were not happy when I indicated I was leaving but all of them will highly recommend me today because I have all their good will. 

If fact,  my second employer recommended me to my fourth and my fourth employer paid for the registration of my Business name. There is no other perfect way to exemplify the enjoyment of goodwill from previous relationship. 

Most of us work for 8 to 10 hours daily in business cycles sometimes extra six hours in traffic. Anyone engaging us cannot fully pay for that 14-16hours, if we have done well. However,  one must keep earning passive and active revenue off the good business relationships built for a lifetime; it actually a leverage to nurture throughout the lifetime.

You should build on every past and present business relationships deliberately.
