One of the fastest ways to ensure progress in our lives is by becoming unnecessary for our current position. This happens when we empower our subordinates, employees and such and such who don't know as much as we do to be potentials for our current positions; they are actually our springboards for the next energy level (next level of power and influence) in the cycle of life.
