ROAD INCIDENTS EVALUATION

It is a painful insult to any intelligent Nigerian like me to call 99% of road mishaps accidentals. They are more intelligently related to Incidental events and all the life's that have been taken should be better classified as victims of avoidable incidental events.

The benefit of properly evaluating events is that it allows us to take perfect decision and eventually prosecute not just the ones driving but all the gate keepers that looked away while the incident was still a potential incidental event. 

No day passes, that any road user will not see a 20 to 40-ton truck, with all safety guidelines thrown to the wind;

1. No load restraining strapped of any kind
2. No parking light flashing in the night
3. No obvious good tyres and conspicuously noticeable bad tyres and worn-out ones while on the major roads
4. No parking lights and many times no light sockets at all.
5.smokey engine, lowering visibility to 10m
6. Trucks having difficulty ascending the bridge and almost failing backwards and truck boys restraining with wood to prevent that.

....the list is endless of our daily engagement of life threatening dangerous trucks on our road.

The only possible reason for law enforcement agents on the roads looking away would be that the owners of such trucks are powerful influential Persons. We all know what such people are capable of doing.


It is insulting upon injuries to many families that have lost their loved ones to road mishaps, when we call the cause an accident, when the unsafe trucks had been traveling our roads unsafely for at least one week before the incidental event and had passed many road law enforcement agents without restraint.

It is indeed insulting to all of us that saw the potential dangers of many unsafely laddened trucks plying our roads and heard that there was an eventual consummation with lives lost and such are reported as accidents.

PLEASE MOST TRUCKS MISHAPS ARE NOT ACCIDENTAL BUT INCIDENTAL.

The truth is that when we review all the mishaps, we may find 10% to be real ACCIDENTS but 90%  of the events would be avoidable or preventable road INCIDENTS. HIWORKS

The biggest challenge to any organization is for the operations and management team not to know, that it's very survival depends on them relating to it as an organic system; every part must be given attention, every treat must be perfectly diagnosed and given the right medication. There must the highest chastity

Organization is Organic in nature

One can't be having migraine and be treating stomach disorder just because you don't want your leg to know it is migraine or treat headache for food poisoning because you don't want the enemy to know it is food poisoning.

The same way the human body functions, is exactly how any corporate organization MUST FUNCTION, devoid of any denial of business treats and especially poor behavioral treats; can the leg be offended that the brain is indicating to the body a tetanus infection exist and must be attended urgently.

An Organization is as strong as the weakest link; a compromised gateman, can wreck a billion naira corporation as well as the Managing Director; once their loyalty is compromised by external or personal interest.

Business Organization is first ORGANIC in nature and every part must put in their quota with the required diligence and equity.

The moment we hit the business world upon leaving school, we are meant to building social equity all the way through our journey.

Knowing this motivates us to work in a particular way; consciously, working for more than we get, whether it is an employment or a contractual obligations as a business owner, always striving to over deliver on expectations.

In my years of employment, I saw quite a number of employees come to work on Friday; graduates of higher institution, work normally as if everything is cool and never showed up the next Monday, having joined another firm. 

The attitude leaves the previous employer scrabbling to fill the sudden gap created by the exit of the employee with lots of pain. On my last employment,I gave 6months, the minimum for confirm employment being 2weeks, giving room for a handing over or possible replacement.

This is how such employees burn their past bridges not knowing that such employers may  just be in their future to determine their fate or help them in some ways or be asked by certain prospects to write a letter of recommendation. The world has become a village where people know people and paths cross.

I have moved from one company to another in my years of employment, some were not happy when I indicated I was leaving but all of them will highly recommend me today because I have all their good will. 

If fact,  my second employer recommended me to my fourth and my fourth employer paid for the registration of my Business name. There is no other perfect way to exemplify the enjoyment of goodwill from previous relationship. 

Most of us work for 8 to 10 hours daily in business cycles sometimes extra six hours in traffic. Anyone engaging us cannot fully pay for that 14-16hours, if we have done well. However,  one must keep earning passive and active revenue off the good business relationships built for a lifetime; it actually a leverage to nurture throughout the lifetime.

You should build on every past and present business relationships deliberately.
