Dealing with Performance Gaps Little Foxes by Odusina Adewale Hiworks

In the course of our engagements with different people and work dynamics, we observed that there are areas of Organisational commissions, omissions, and personnel lifestyle choices, that most organisation hardly consider as having a considerable impact on the Overall Business Performance; Performance Gaps triggered by ‘Little foxes’ most of which are Wrong Decisions Gone Wild.

The First Goal of the Class Therapy is to make everyone PERSUADED that whatever DEFINES them currently must not SUCCEED at CONFORMING them, but must become the TOOLS for their TRANSFORMATION. The meeting is to get participants to first accept that their decisions got them to the current experiences and New Deliberate Decisions, will lead them to Salvation.
The meeting would have succeeded, when all the beclouding darkness of conformity have been overwhelmed with A Renewed Hope.
A variety of checklist shall be issued to participant, which they shall be expected to fill in truthfully, and from where the Little Foxes shall be tracked and eventually addressed in the workshop.
Our instructors are from various industries and particularly from similar industries in most cases, but driven by the need to grow capacity for high profile players for Human Resoures Pool  Nationwide. 
Kindly note that substantial part of our instruction tools are Audio-visuals, prepared by the various instructors to address the relative areas the Workshop shall focus on.
