The quality of Posterity is the lifespan determiner of Prosperity; how staff are treated, how customers are treated, how the public/community/Government where the business is are treated will eventually determine the lifespan of the business.
The Irony of Leadership is that leaders are accountable for Raising Greater Leaders. If you find yourself mentally threatened by your subordinate, there is a problem with your leadership.
Also, if you are a subordinate, and your team leader works harder than you, you have a bigger problem;you are suppose to take his job for crying out loud, so he can handle more delicate and critical responsibilities for business growth and expansion.
Another irony of life is that we are all suppose to be leading a cycle where our impact can be evaluated and also following in another cycle, where another is reviewing and improving our capacity to function in our leading cycle. We must be hunble and sober enough to admit our flaws, unlearn some school of thought and embrace the way forward.
All of us; leaders as well as subordinates need mentorship and we are all leaders in progress.
